The Clio Global Academy is an international on-line learning community of researchers who desire an alternative to traditional tracks of earning their high school diploma. The primary purpose of the Clio Global Academy is to re-engage these teenagers in learning, thus fostering in them the desire and ability to return to lifelong learning and, ultimately, to become net contributors to the economy. Each student will be working towards earning a high school diploma.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
To facilitate learning gains with at-risk teenagers to ensure their success at earning a high school diploma.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Hold a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate .
· Must enjoy working with teenagers and can relate to their interests and enthusiasm resulting in effective communication.
· Needs to be sympathetic to the problems that have resulted in researchers (students) disengagement or pattern of failure.
