Previously, AppliTrack customers needed to manually enter employee and substitute data into their SubFinder systems. This reduced the efficiencies developed by both companies that strived to bring automated solutions to school districts and other organizations. AppliTrack has automated the hiring process for schools by eliminating manual collection and filing of employee applications through its ease of use, intuitiveness, and flexibility, and today has over 1,200 customers.

Considering the size and complexity of many school districts that use both software packages, this will allow immediate registration of new hires and substitutes instead of waiting several days, or even weeks, for their information to be processed and manually entered into the SubFinder system. Once entered, they may utilize the system to report absences and attain jobs to fill absences. The benefit to schools districts will allow substitute candidate pools to continue to grow, and provide more opportunities for superior matching to ensure the best substitutes are selected for the job position every time.

be based on one's score on a multiple choice and short answer test.
be free of charge to anyone, current AppliTrack user or not.
be valid for one-year.
be written to assess proficiency on AppliTrack's tools and functionalities

General ASP will maintain a database of certified individuals and will also send a paper certificate to each person who becomes certified.

Individuals will be allowed to take the test until it is passed. As educators ourselves, we want you to be successful and learn through this process!
