TITLE: AppliTrack Training

TITLE: Teacher Selection Training for 1-on-1 Interviewing
COST: For four days of training the investment is $8,000 for up to ten participants, $12,000 for up to 15 participants, and $16,000 for up to 20 participants. 

Note:  The number of training days and investments will be customized for participants who are currently certified through another one-on-one interviewing system.

LENGTH: 4 Days (Phase I - 2 Days, Phase II- 2 Days)
DESCRIPTION:
District-wide administrators and principles are trained and certified to conduct one-on-one interviews for teacher candidates who meet the district’s initial screening criteria.  The four days of training are divided into two equal phases occurring approximately six weeks apart. 

During Phase I participants build and refine a framework to interview and study teacher candidate responses.  Phase II focuses on enhancing participants’ listening skills and sharpening their ability to assess teacher candidate responses in order to ensure the selection of high performing teachers.
