General ASP online training sessions are regularly-scheduled, short computer and telephone conferences that offer a quick, no-cost overview of different aspects of working with the AppliTrack products. Each session is led by a General ASP trainer who uses AppliTrack every day.

What's New with AppliTrack The focus of this session is to share some of the relevant updates that have been made to the AppliTrack system over the last 12 months. The webinar will present new functionality in the preferences that control AppliTrack's behavior – topics such as Job Posting Requisitions and Internal Applications. New features that increase efficiency and add to the convenience of AppliTrack will also be shared. This is not intended to be a detailed how-to session for each of the topics covered, rather, the intent is to communicate the conceptual functionalities and also provide resources that explain how to make changes to your AppliTrack system where appropriate.

Using Recruitment Efforts and the Job Fair Quick Form Consider the functions of AppliTrack in planning to attend your next job fair. In this session we will discuss different strategies for measuring the effectiveness of your recruiting efforts through the tracking of Referral Sources and Job Fairs. This session will explain the function of the Job Fair Quick Form in detail.
AppliTrack for Principals and Hiring Supervisors The focus of this free session is on executing specific searches within your online database of applications to identify the set of highest-qualified candidates. Using specific criteria and simple sorting and filtering, attendees will see techniques that will help reduce the amount of time spent screening applications and allow more time to be spent reviewing quality applicants. The session also includes review of application Folders – a feature allowing you organize applications as they are reviewed.

Routine Maintenance in AppliTrack With a few, simple steps you can keep your AppliTrack installation tuned-up for easy and efficient use.
