Using the Home Tab

The Home Tab is the first screen seen after logging in and provides Database Statistics and convenient links to the most commonly used parts of the system.

Database Statistics

Click on a link to see applicants by status.

Completed applications are applications that have been submitted. An application is considered incomplete until the applicant presses the "submit" button at the end of their application.

Active applications are completed applications that have not been marked inactive.

Inactive applications are completed applications that have been marked inactive. Applications can be marked inactive one-at-a-time by a system administrator (usually the HR office) or in batches at the end/start of a new recruitment/hiring season. Inactive applications are not typically seen when browsing or searching for applicants.
