By Recruitment Effort
This page allows you to search for applications based on the Recruitment Efforts they selected.
Here's how:
1) Click on the Find Applications tab.
2) Click on By Recruitment Effort to bring up the Find by Recruitment Effort page.
Please note the sections of the Find by Recruitment Effort page in the example below:
1) Referral Source: This section shows the Recruitment Efforts that have the “Show On Referral Page” checkbox checked on the “Edit Recruitment Efforts” page. Any automatically added referrals from the Job Fair Quick Form (see the Job Fair Quick Form online help documentation) are also included in this list.
2) Job Fairs: This section includes those Recruitment Efforts that have the “Show On Job Fair Form” checkbox checked on the “Edit Recruitment Efforts” page
3) Write-In Responses (Other): This section shows those entries that were typed in by applicants on the Referral Sources application page.
4) Inactive: This section shows those entries on the “Edit Recruitment Efforts” page that do not have the “Show On Referral Page” and “Show On Job Fair Form” checkboxes checked. It also includes any previous automatically added referrals from the Job Fair Quick Form.
5) Refresh Totals: The data on the “Find By Recruitment Effort” page is cached (saved) to improve performance. The page will get new data every 90 minutes. If you have made a change on the “Edit Recruitment Efforts” page or the Job Fair Quick Form preferences, you may want to use the “Refresh Totals” link at the bottom of the “Find By Recruitment Effort” page. Or, you may just want to see if the totals have changed based on applicant activity.
