By Status

This page allows searches for applications based on their status:  completed, active, inactive, incomplete, total, internal transfer, or possible duplicate.

Here's how:

1) Click on the Find Applications tab.

2) Click on By Status.

3) Click on the status for which you would like to search.

Completed Applications--lists those that have been submitted by applicants. Note that "completed" according to the system may not necessarily mean "completed" by the district's standards due to possible additional requirements outside of the application system such as background checks and other supplemental/required materials received.

Active Applications--lists completed applications that are not inactive.

Inactive Applications--lists those that you have marked Inactive because of your retention cycle.

Incomplete Applications--lists those that have been started by applicants, but never submitted.

Internal/Transfer Applications--lists those that have been submitted by current employees.

Possible Duplicate Applications--lists those that may have been started by the same person.

4) Lists the number of applications on file for a given status.

5) The statistics (the number of applicants for a status) are generated automatically every 1.5 hours. You can determine the date and time of the last update of the statistics by referring to item #5 above.
