Search for Applicants in Folders

It is easy to find applicants who are in a single folder by going to My Account. However, if you want to search for applicants who may be in one of several folders you'll need to run a search. You can search for applicants that have been placed in folders two different ways.

The first way is by using the search form. Here's how:

1) Click on the Find Applications tab.

2) Click on Using the Search Form.

For example let's say we are searching for Substitute Teachers in the folders Substitute Teacher-Elementary and Substitute-Middle School.

3) Click on the Folders tab.

4) Click on the folder or folders you want to search, for this example Substitute Teacher-Middle School and Substitute Teacher-Elementary.

5) Click on Find Applications to get the list of applications in either of those folders.

The second way to search for applicants in folders from a list of applicants previously selected by using the Filter Applicants link. In this example, we have previously selected applicants for the Substitute Teacher position.

1) Click on the Filter Applicants link.

3) Click on the link of the folder you wish.  In this case we are selecting the Substitute Teacher-Elementary folder.
