Delete a single application

If you find the need to delete an application because of the applicant's request or otherwise, you can do so.

Here's how

1) Click on "Find By Last Name".

2) Type the last name of the applicant in the window that appears.

3) Hit Enter.

4) Click in the checkbox in the first column of the applicant's record to select the correct applicant's file.

5) Click on "Delete their "file".

***The application now resides in the trash. You also need to do one more process to totally delete the applicant's file. ***

6) Click on the Tools tab.

7) Click on "Manage Trash".

8) Click in the checkbox in the first column of the correct applicant's record to select it.

9) Click on "Permanently Delete Checked Applicants" and you are done.
