If you are new to the Applitrack system, have had staff turnover since you originally
went online with AppliTrack, or if you’d simply like a refresher session, please
contact us for training. Both onsite and online training are available for all
types of users in your organization.
As a new stand-alone AppliTrack client, you are
entitled to two hours of online training at no further cost. If you arrange
additional hours of online training, these are billed at $110 per hour. All training for
consortium members is charged at $110 per hour.
Online training uses a screen-sharing service (GoToMeeting) so attendees can
see the trainer’s computer screen and a conference phone call so everyone can
hear the trainer’s voice and ask him questions. You'll need a computer with Internet connection, a
projection system (so everyone can see the trainer’s screen in your room), and a
speakerphone with adequate volume.
When we agree on a training time, we will send you additional detail on how we
will connect and communicate that day.
