JOB SUMMARY: The principal function of this position is to repair, install, and maintain electrical systems and equipment in the District, maintaining parts inventory, inspecting electrical systems and fixtures; diagnosing malfunctioning systems and ensuring all facilities are operating safely and effectively. The work is performed in accordance with specifications and electrical code. This position regularly performs tasks wherever needed to maintain effective and efficient facilities and operations. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Maintenance Foreman. The principal duties of this class are performed in indoor and outdoor environments, sometimes performing physically demanding and hazardous duties associated with electrical systems, and occasionally dealing with adverse conditions in an outdoor environment. Driving to and from various district locations is required. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a Journeyman Electrician License. Must have knowledge of three phase power supply; best methods and practices for the installation and repair of electrical systems; blueprints and electrical diagrams; building electrical codes and OSHA safety codes. Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalency; Must have previous electrician experience. Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work. Must have a valid Idaho Drivers License and have a driving record that is free from DUI - Driving Under the Influence convictions. JOB SUMMARY: The principle function of this position is to perform clerical and administrative support duties to support the functions of the Food Service Department. The work is performed under the supervision of an assigned Supervisor. The principle duties of this class are performed in an office environment.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED equivalency and experience in performing clerical and/or office administrative duties. Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work. Typing speed must be 45 average actual words per minute with a 90% accuracy rate. Typing test must be taken prior to closing date.

Pocatello/Chubbuck School District Number 25 is accepting applications for Bus Drivers (routes and substitute) driving positions. We provide an in-house training to obtain a Class B CDL with passenger and school bus endorsements. Applicants must be available to work during the time of 6:00 a.m. through 9:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. through 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Upon successful completion of training (approximately three weeks), the rate of pay will be $17.79 per hour. Training pay will be $11.97 per hour. Hours will vary depending upon department needs.
