Must be able to work with a team to enhance the high school music program and to prioritize music equipment and supplies purchases for both middle and high school programs; Will be responsible for planning for state band/choir activities. Will be responsible for helping to plan the annual Extravaganza.

JOB GOAL: To provide student athletes the opportunity to develop an appreciation for the value of competition, discipline, hard work, and sportsmanship while serving as a member of a team where all are working toward a common goal.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. Maintain Professional Relationships
1. Develop a plan to maintain positive relations with student-athletes and build high number of student-athletes who participate in the program each year.
2. Cooperate with the administration and keep them well-informed about all aspects of the program, particularly potential concerns.
3. Build a strong coaching staff that has defined responsibilities, works well together, and supports each other.
4. Promote the total athletic program by supporting other coaches and their programs.
5. Maintain excellent relationships with the staff, booster club, parents, cheerleaders, music department, media, and the public
6. Strive to fit in well at school and help school achieve its goals in the areas.
II. Demonstrate Professional Competencies
1. Put together a successful all-around sports program that is based on a solid philosophy and is consistently competitive at the regional and state level.
2. Teach and demonstrate knowledge of the skills of the sport, including offensive skills, defensive skills, and overall game strategy.
3. Demonstrate the ability to develop the student-athletes and team as a whole by preparing athletes physically and emotionally.
4. Demonstrate the ability to maintain discipline and control of athletes while teaching fundamental concepts of sportsmanship, citizenship, and fair play.
5. Consistently demonstrate the ability to motivate student-athletes to do their best.
6. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to maintain a smooth operating program.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
Assists in the management of the activities of a school food service site, including supervising menus, safe food preparation, and cleaning of food service areas; performs related work as required.
Primary Function
The principal function of an employee in this class is to assist in the management of the activities of a school food service site, including supervising menus, safe food preparation, and cleaning of food service areas; ordering and inventory of supplies; preparing productions sheets and daily food count records; receiving, reconciling cash receipts; developing work schedules, and training of food service staff;  This position regularly prepares and/or serves food, cleans equipment, dishes and utensils, and fill in wherever needed to maintain effective and efficient food service operations.  The work is performed under the general supervision of the field supervisor or central kitchen manager.  The assistant manager works with latitude granted for the exercise of independent judgment in meeting timelines.  The principal duties of this class are performed in an educational institution commercial kitchen setting.  Working with commercial kitchen equipment may involve related hazards.  Work requires standing for long periods of time, and employee is frequently exposed to heat from steam pots and/or ovens and cold from coolers, and freezers.  Work requires physical exertion and lifting (e.g. cases of canned foods, frozen food etc.).  
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (will vary by assignment)
*Prepares meals within the guidelines of menu, dietary requirements, and the standard of appearance, taste, temperature, and sanitation; may 
      assist in catering duties and preparing of sack lunches;
*Prepares food dishes according to recipes, follows Health Department and HACCP rules and regulations;
*Sets up kitchen for operation and lock up at the end of the day;
*Assists in menu planning;
*Organizes serving lines;
*Operates computerized cashiering system and act as cashier;
*Assists in end of day procedures (i.e. prepare bank deposits, and reports);
*Approves free and reduced applications, submitting information to food service office;
* Maintains sanitation by proper care, cleaning and storage of equipment and utensils;  sweeps and mops floors;
*Assists in the ordering of food and supplies;
*Performs all work duties and activities in accordance with District policies, procedures, and safety practices.
*Assumes responsibility for operation of facility in absence of the supervisor.

 *  Performs monthly inventory;
 *  Takes deposits to the bank;
 *  Handles parent and student concerns;

*   Operate commercial kitchen equipment (i.e. mixers, dishwashers; convection oven, slicers, tilt skillet, warmers, etc.);
*   Operate a computerized cashiering system and use program applications appropriate to assigned duties;
*   Perform multiple tasks simultaneously, including handling interruptions, and return to and complete tasks in a timely manner;
*   Work independently, with minimal supervision, and make appropriate decisions in the absence of a supervisor;
*   Maintain student and family confidentiality in regards to free and reduced meal benefits.
 
Acceptable Experience and Training
   High school diploma or GED equivalency is preferred; and
   Experience in commercial food service; or
   Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform as an effective and
   competent assistant food service manager.  
Essential Physical Abilities    
Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits the

The work is performed under the supervision of a special education teacher, classroom teacher, and the building Principal. The principle duties of this position are performed in a classroom environment and may include exposure to body fluids and some personal injury risk from student behaviors. Purpose of Class

Primary Function

JOB SUMMARY:                         The principle function of this position is to provide instructional assistance to students.  The position works with individual and/or small groups of students to increase learning skills and levels; ability to work with students experiencing academic or behavior difficulties.  The work is performed under the supervision of a classroom teacher and the building Principal.  The principle duties of this position are performed in classroom environment.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:             Requires a high school diploma or equivalent AND successful completion of a minimum of 32 academic core college semester credits that will lead to a Bachelors Degree OR must pass the ETS Paraprofessional Praxis Assessment Test.  Copy of transcripts must accompany the application.

Pocatello/Chubbuck School District Number 25 is accepting applications for Bus Drivers (routes and substitute) driving positions. We provide an in-house training to obtain a Class B CDL with passenger and school bus endorsements. Applicants must be available to work during the time of 6:00 a.m. through 9:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. through 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Upon successful completion of training (approximately three weeks), the rate of pay will be $17.79 per hour.  Training pay will be $11.97 per hour.   Hours will vary depending upon department needs. 
 
Applicants are required to be 21 years old in order to apply. 
 
Required to have a good driving record, pass a DOT Physical and drug/alcohol screening.
