PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Maintain, monitor, and configure all aspects of Google Admin Console (Users, Devices, Policies, etc.)
Maintain, monitor, and configure all networking devices (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, etc.)
Maintain, monitor, and configure all networking services (AD, GPO, KMS, Anti-Virus, Data Backup, etc.)
Maintain, monitor, and configure VoIP system
Maintain, monitor, and configure Wireless system
Maintain and setup all District virtual machines (VMware, Hyper-V, Windows Server OS)
Assist with managing, configuring, imaging, and troubleshooting Student and Staff devices (Chromebooks, iPads, Windows Devices)
Assist with managing and organizing all District online resources (Assessment Testing, District Website, Student Management System, Curriculum Subscriptions, etc.)
Respond to Helpdesk tickets in timely manner
Assist in the development of short and long term technology needs for the District
Assist in the deployment of the District Technology Plan and other project objectives
Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Technology, Chief School Business Official, and/or Superintendent.
